Fine stranded bare copper conductor according to DIN VDE 0295 and IEC 60228 cl. 6
Core insulation of special PVC
Black cores with repeated white numbering according to DIN VDE 0293
Green-yellow earth core in the outer layer, from 3 cores and more
Cores stranded in layers with optimal lay-lenght and wrapped with fleece
Inner sheath of special PVC
One layer of tinned copper wire screening, interworened with synthetic cross-helix to improve bending characteristics
Outer sheath of special PVC color grey, extensively oil resistant
PVC self-extinguishing and flame-retardant, according to DIN VDE 0482-332-2-1/ DIN EN 60332-1-2/ IEC 60332-1-2

Použití

Cables YCY-JZ-HF are perfect for use in machine industry, machinery and equipment, robotics, production lines
and anywhere where high flexibility is needed. These cables are ideal in combination with drag chains.
The cables are suitable for flexible use with medium mechnical stress with free movement.
The high density of the braiding assures disturbance-free transmission of all signals and impulses.

Note:

*EMC = Electromagnetic compatibility – recommended type.
To optimise EMC features we recommend large round contacts of the copper braiding on both ends.
CE = the product is conformed with the EC Low-Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU.
OZ = version without green-yellow earth core.
Other sizes and types available on request.
Conforms to RoHS.
