Konstrukce

  • Stranded bare copper conductor according to DIN VDE 0881,
    7 wires
  • Core structure for:
    • 0,22mm2 = 7 x 0,2 mm
    • 0,34mm2 = 7 x 0,25 mm
    • 0,5 mm2 = 7 x 0,30 mm
  • Core insulation of PE
  • Cores color coded according to DIN 47100
  • Cores twisted to pairs with optimal lay-lenght
  • Pairs stranded in layers with optimal lay-lenght
  • Twisted pairs wrapped with plastic foil
  • Tinned copper braided screening, approx 85% coverage
  • Special PVC outer sheath, black color (Yv) – reinforced sheath
  • PVC self-extinguishing and flame-retardant, according to DIN
    VDE 0482-332-1-2/ DIN EN 60332-1-2/ IEC 60332-1-2

Application

This type of this type of cable is suitable for the interference – free transmission of data and signals for longer distances. The transmission rates are suitable for RS 422 and RS 485 interfaces. The cable is suitable for dry and wet spaces. The version with reinforced sheath is suitable for direct burial underground.

  • To optimise EMC features we recommend large round contacts of the copper braiding on both ends.
